Over the last few years we have carried out a number of surveys in local communities interested in understanding what housing needs exist and then using this information as the basis to pursue appropriate provision of new affordable homes by the community themselves – ‘Community-led Housing.’
We are pleased to announce that we have recently acquired funding to be able to carry out a small number of additional local housing need surveys where this is of interest to the local community and their representatives. If you might be interested to progress discussions on such a survey please contact andydean@ca-north.org.uk as soon as possible. There are only a small number of surveys which can be funded!
